Letter Of Welcome, New Client After Employee's Unexpected Death: How To Handle His Customers?

After employee's unexpected death: How to handle his customers? - letter of welcome, new client

An ordinary member of our small software company was recently in a car accident. He works closely with several customers who go back to and a business that they have to start with him. This is a way sensitive to the word of the notice or letter of application?

I never spoke with a friend on Friday, only to find he was gone Monday ... to do an idea that would be welcomed personally.

In this situation it is best to phone if possible, for two reasons. One that is more personal and expresses a deeper relationship between you and customers, and two, avoids any question you might do on continuing to do business with you, that has remained the point man. While the relationships are in progress for many months or more who may have felt lost more than a business contact, call the information available to the funeral if you.

On the phone, if you have questions about the status of your project or what is the next step can only ask for answers, and it collects. (Usually the first thing you want to know is if we find a new company, we also want to make sure we take care of them.) In my experience, just to understand the new person filling are dedicated to details and help them feel more involved.
