Interference after fitting new car stereo? - car stereo fitting

I recently launched a new stereo in my car and I noticed some problems. This is a shrill high rises there, perched on a higher setting. I'm pretty sure that the power cord somehow interfere with the son of the speaker (which often are)

I took all the power pretty well and I can still hear, and I wonder if anyone ever could recommend something else?
